Safety Statement

Every company is legally obliged to have a Safety Statement prepared for their place of work, Section 20 of the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Act 2005 states:

 

Every employer shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, a written statement, based on the identification of the hazards and the risk assessments carried out, specifying the manner in which the safety, health and welfare at work of the Employees shall be secured and managed.
